David Cooper

David’s principal areas of practice are commercial transactions including Intellectual Property and telecommunications matters and trusts.  He is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and the Bermuda Bar Association.  David has served as a member of the Planning Department Development Applications Board and as Chairman of the Mental Health Licence Tribunal.
